Kseniya Dar is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Kharkiv University of Oriental Studies and International Affairs with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business. In 2008 she graduated from Peirce College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. Additionally, Ms. Dar was induced into the Epsilon Lambda Chi Paralegal Honor Society and was awarded with Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges. Kseniya has 10+ years of experience working on immigration cases of different complexity, including naturalization, adjustment of status, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), nonimmigrant visas, consular processing, and immigrant visa cases for professionals and skilled workers, national interest waiver visas, and visas for individuals with exceptional and extraordinary abilities. She also has been handling Applications for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal. She is passionate and dedicated to helping clients with their immigration processes, always maintains clients’ satisfaction from the start, is available for daily communications, and effectively resolves issues in a timely fashion.

Kseniya is originally from Ukraine and is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. Her passions include arts, history, psychology, and linguistics.
